IDDC Agreements
Since the inception of the International Dryland Development Commission (IDDC) in 1987, a various international organizations and Institutions supported its activities:
United States Agency for International Development (USAID), American University in Cairo (AUC), Agriculture Research Center, Egypt (ARC), Desert Research Center, Egypt (DRC), Desert Research Institute (DRI), OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID), International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences (JIRCAS), Food & Agriculture Organization (FAO), International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA), Global Forum on Agricultural Research (GFAR), International Development for Research Center (IDRC) and Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation (COMSTECH) and Australian Center for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR) had contributed to the IDDC conferences for providing different services of logistics, and for participation keynote speakers from all over the world and also for participation junior researchers from developing countries, in the previous conferences held and organized by the IDDC.

- Letter of understanding between IDDC and The Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA). To promote science and technology for sustainable development of Dryland. August 2008.
- Memorandum of Understanding between IDDC and The Library of Alexandria to jointly organize at regular intervals, conferences, group discussions and seminars to promote science and technology for sustainable development of drylands. April 2016.
- Memorandum of Understanding between IDDC and The International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA). To set forth the general understanding of the parties with respect to areas of collaboration and is not intended to, contractually bind the parties. September 2018.
